Heldwerk processes personal data exclusively within the bounds of legal requirements — namely the Swiss Data Protection Act (revDSG, in force since 1 September 2023) and, where applicable, the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR).

3.1 Server logfiles

When you visit the website, technical information is automatically collected (IP address, date/time, accessed page, browser type). This data is stored for technical security and automatically deleted after 30 days.

3.2 Contact form

When you use the contact form, the following details are processed: name, email address, optionally phone number, and your message. This data is used exclusively to respond to your inquiry.

Heldwerk only uses technically necessary cookies (e.g. session cookies). No tracking or advertising cookies are set without consent.

Heldwerk uses Plausible Analytics — a cookieless, privacy-friendly analytics tool. No personal data is collected, no IP addresses stored, no cookies set.

Heldwerk does not share your data with third parties without your consent — unless this is legally required or necessary for performance of contract.
