[ Pillar 4 · AI services & training ]

AI in your team — structured introduction.

Workshops and implementation guidance for SMEs that want to use AI productively, not just experiment with it. Hands-on, no PowerPoint theater.

[ The situation ]

Three employees use ChatGPT in secret, four have never tried it.

Most SME management teams know this distribution. The problem isn't the technology — it's the gap between knowledge holders and everyone else, plus the missing compliance clarity, plus the unanswered question "where do we invest time and where don't we".

My AI training doesn't solve the hype — it solves the concrete gap.

[ What I offer ]

From audit to full implementation.

AI audit · notebook with plan // OFFER A 01

AI audit

One-day inventory. Where is your team already using AI? Where would the biggest ROI sit? What compliance risks exist? Written report with prioritization. From CHF 1,500.

Workshop · training at the whiteboard // OFFER B 02

Management workshop

Two focused days with management and key people. Hands-on with your real use cases. Method: "Held AI roadmap in four steps". From CHF 4,500.

Implementation mandate · robot hand next to human hand // OFFER C 03

Implementation mandate

Guidance over three to six months. Concrete AI tools introduced, processes restructured, team trained. With measurable milestones. On request, from CHF 12,000.

[ Expectation setting ]

What you don't get — and why not.

There are many AI consultants. Most sell inspiration. I sell tools.

  • No slide decks about "the future of AI". You already know it's here. You want to know what you can concretely do with it — this week, not in five years.
  • No generic tool overviews. "Here are 50 AI tools" — that's a free newsletter. We work in depth on three to five tools that fit your business.
  • No promises without measurement. Workshops that end with "and now you're ready" are theater. Real implementation needs follow-up measurement — otherwise you'll never know if it brought value.

[ How the workshop runs ]

Four steps that lead to concrete tools.

Inventory · notebook // STEP 01 ½ DAY

Inventory (½ day)

What does the team already use? Which processes are manual, repetitive, error-prone? Inventory of automation candidates.

Prioritization · circuit board // STEP 02 ½ DAY

Prioritization (½ day)

From the inventory, three to five concrete use cases are picked — by ROI, complexity, risk. Reasoned order.

Hands-on · hands at workshop work // STEP 03 HANDS-ON

Hands-on build (day 2 morning)

You and your team build the first two or three tools yourselves — with guidance. Real data, real processes, no sandbox toys.

Roll-out · handshake // STEP 04 90-DAY PLAN

Roll-out plan and compliance (day 2 afternoon)

How does this enter daily work? Which internal rules are needed? Written 90-day plan.

[ Audience ]

When my AI training makes sense.

Honestly not for everyone. It works when:

  • your company has 5–50 employees. Below that, there's usually no structured need. Above it, larger consultancies fit better.
  • management is in the room. AI strategy without decision-makers at the table is wasted time.
  • you're ready to actually implement in the next 90 days. Workshops without follow-through are expensive inspiration.

[ Common questions ]

What you're probably going to ask next.

[ FRAGE 01 ]

Do participants need prior knowledge?

+

No. Workshops are designed so both tech-savvy people and absolute beginners can follow.

[ FRAGE 02 ]

Which AI tools are used?

+

Depends on the use case. Often: ChatGPT/Claude for text and research, specialized tools for domain tasks (e.g. Notion AI for knowledge management, Whisper for transcription, n8n or Make for automation). I don't pick what's most fashionable, but what fits.

[ FRAGE 03 ]

What if data protection rules are stricter in our industry?

+

Addressed in the audit. For regulated industries (accounting, medicine, law) there are DPA-compliant setups — not all tools work, but enough to be productive.

[ FRAGE 04 ]

Can we keep working with you after the workshop?

+

Yes, many clients do. Either as an implementation mandate or as hourly consulting. No obligation — if you can keep going on your own, that's great.
